What is included in the rental price:

• Arrival from 4:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM (on Saturdays in high season).

• Use of the swimming pool and access to the grounds (with swing, ping-pong table, trampoline, mini-football pitch, sandbox).

• There is free, shaded parking available on-site near the gîte

• Water and electricity. 

• Wi-Fi is available.

• Tea towels, toiletries. For stays longer than one week, you can of course request a new set on Saturday (with a surcharge). You must bring your own pool towels.

• A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the residence's common areas. A drying rack is located in the gîte.

• A high chair, a baby cot, a baby food maker, and baby tableware are available.

• Final cleaning, tourist tax, and on-site support (total 100 euros).

• Rental of bed linen + 2 towels per person included.

The most important house rules:

• It is mandatory to park in the designated parking area.

• It is forbidden to charge electric vehicles via the domestic electrical network.

• The holiday accommodation must be left clean and swept, and used bed linen must be removed. The refrigerator must be completely emptied. 

• Trash and recycling (glass, cardboard, and plastic must be deposited in the collection points located at several places at the entrance to the town.

• Dogs and other pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs for people with disabilities.

• Smoking is prohibited in the holiday home or on the pool deck.

• The gîte is set up for a maximum capacity of 6 people.

• Eating and drinking at the pool is prohibited.

• You are required to leave the holiday home, furniture, and all other movable and immovable property in the same condition as upon your arrival. 

• We will refund the full €1000 deposit within 8 days of your departure.

The Domaine Les Platanes spans over 1.5 hectares and offers a playground with equipment, a swimming pool, etc., where children can have fun to their heart's content. We do everything possible to ensure everyone's safety. We all know that accidents are sometimes unavoidable when it comes to children. The use of these facilities by your children is entirely your responsibility. The pool is fenced in accordance with current standards; however, it naturally remains dangerous for children who cannot swim. Therefore, access to the pool is prohibited for them without the presence of one of their parents or adults. This condition is stipulated in the rental contract and you accept it by paying the deposit.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

• When booking, we ask you to pay 30% of the rental amount (within 7 calendar days). The booking is only final upon receipt of this deposit.

• The balance, i.e., 70% of the rental amount, as well as the security deposit of €1000 (un-cashed check), must reach us no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental for your booking to be confirmed. To avoid any problems, we recommend automating this process.

• If the rent and deposit are not paid in full or within the allotted time, your booking will be automatically canceled and we reserve the right to offer the accommodation to another tenant. In this case, you will not be entitled to any refund of the booking fees, as these correspond to the costs incurred by the owner for making the accommodation available. 

• Cancellations must always be made by email.

  • The tenant and the owner can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before the start of the rental period.

  • If the tenant does not use the rented accommodation or leaves before the end of the rental period, they are not entitled to any refund of the sums paid. 

• The general terms and conditions and rates indicated on the website are provided for information purposes only. Only the terms, rates, and agreements stipulated in your personal rental contract are contractual and legally valid.

To ensure the smooth running of stays and to maintain a link with the owner, the Gîte la Passerelle is managed by a concierge service. They will be the main point of contact during the stay.
